widow remarried whether eligible for pension and facilities

i am widows of crpf soldier. he is martyr on duty time in 2012. and he is joining crpf in 2004. i have not child. so i have remarriage in 2016 so now i am applicable for pension and other facility?.

Yes you are entilted to recieve the pension even though you have remarried but you have to prove there is no other sufficient source of income to provide for you. The Armed Forces Tribunal has ruled that childless widows of Army men who remarry, and continue to depend on the family pension as their primary source of sustenance, cannot be denied the benefit.
