Who becomes the nominee if the husband dies

My aunt was married in 1989.Her husband shifted to bangalore and asked my aunt to live as his sister.He married to his junior and started living with family and his first wife.His second wife is working with him. And is in his same office.Two week before,my uncle died of cancer.And nominee of of is his second wife who is working.Who should get of legally?Will we get amount back if company give of to his second wife.? Because they are not very keen in helping us. Work place is Jawahar lal Nehru Centre. Of research. It will be helpful if someone can guide us. P.S. Her family is financially week.Do it will be blessing if anyone can help her in this case.

Well in this case, if the second wife is married without obtaining divorce from court then the entire amount will go to the first wife as second marriage is null and void if taken place without obtaining divorce, if second marriage is performed by obtaining divorce both will share equally, further mere nomination will not give her right to possess the property or money, further if the amount is already paid the first wife can file a case and recover the amount, if amount is not yet disbursed then file case and take an injunction order not to disburse the amount till court decides.
