Whether using mother's name n bonafide certificate of son valid

10-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I am not supported by my husband. He is well established. Iam not divorcee. So I started keeping my name as guardian in bonafide certificates of my son. Because I can get OBC certificate showing my income. I cannot get his documents for showing income. I don't want to create disputes with him. Either keeping my name in certificates will make my son's carreer tomorrow in trouble. Can I keep my name or my husband's name.

Now a days government is made mandatory of mentioning both parents names in children school records. So there is no trouble by showing your name in the school records of your children. So you can keep both names.
