Yes, they can if you file a compliant. Anticipatory bail application gets rejected if they approach the court with out you filing the compliant. Madam,
you have not disclosed about your religion. You have also not provided details such as when your marriage solemnized and children if any. Secondly you can file case against your husband and in-laws under Domestic Violence Act and also can file criminal case under S.498A of IPC for mental and physical torture. Regarding obtaining bail you have no reason to worry but you have to concentrate on your future.
