Whether In-laws can get anticipatory bail if i file dowry case

hi sir I got married on jun 2015bangalore my parents fullfilled all their demands but my Mother in law started torturing me demanding more since My two elder brothers are working in USA.didnt provide mfood, treated me like a housemaid.she has a major influence on my hubby on listening to his parents he too started tortured mecant tolerate torture and back to my parents home. contact a lawyer he told me to file petition dowry case&harrassmnt.I would like to know whether my hubby& inlaws will get anticipatory bail. becoz they may think i will file complaint& they will apply bail. Pls help.

Dear madam,
This is wrong approach which might end up in destroying your married life ,I would better advice that instead make slow and steady step which would help you in best way .yes they will get anticipatory bail moment you file For case ,unless it is handled very well .just see all the means and think before you ink.in case too much confusion do contact us .Ofc : Adv pankaj Kumar .

Yes, they can if you file a compliant. Anticipatory bail application gets rejected if they approach the court with out you filing the compliant. They will surely have many ways to escape and such situations should be handled carefully, there is an approach you need to take in building the case and strengthening your proposition if you wish the wrong that is done to you and that needs to be punished and not get away using the loop holes of a week case. Madam,
you have not disclosed about your religion. You have also not provided details such as when your marriage solemnized and children if any. Secondly you can file case against your husband and in-laws under Domestic Violence Act and also can file criminal case under S.498A of IPC for mental and physical torture. Regarding obtaining bail you have no reason to worry but you have to concentrate on your future.
