Hi, My Mother Sister has no body to take care( husband son). she just moved to her relatives house(brother son), at first he was fine but now he is not treating her well. he has take her ATM,Passport... please let me how can take her back....

Hi Is she more than 60 years? Then you can get her custody through court or Women police station under THE MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT, 2007 which offer protection to destitute woman/ Senior citizen.
