What to do when me and my gf belongs to different caste

i am a boy of caste bc-b and a girl of caste oc we both are hindus , we are both in love with each other from 3 years but her family were very particular about marriage they will definitely not accept our love and will not accept intercaste marriage at any cost , their parents will give importance to prestige what should we do now , after two years from now their parents are thinking of doing her marriage but not fixed yet , what should we do now how to convince them?
If you both have become major, you can certainly get married as per your wishes. Arya samaj marriage can be performed or special marriage can be performed if you want to remain neutral with religion. Proper paperwork has to be done prior to marriage by submitting representations, undertaking, affidavits etc.

If both of you are majors i.e., if you are of 21 years of age and your girlfriend is 18 years of age, you can marry without any one's consent if you wish to. However, if you both are minors, wait till you both become majors and then marry. You approach the parents of your girlfriend and talk to them politely and try to convince them that yours is a true love and you will be a good husband to your girlfriend and that you will keep her happy till death etc. If they understand your feelings and respect your love, good, else marry your girlfriend against their wishes if your girlfriend supports you.
