What to do my husband torturing me for the divorce

Husband is a govt employee and he treated me like worst and mentally torched and mother in law doing the same if I file case what happen. What case I can file they both torchering to divorce m not interested and torchering me both if I file a case if the govt job goes with fear he may stop what kind case I can file

You can file a case under domestic violence, also file a petition for maintenance at the same time. As a government employee he should pay it. If the dv proved then he must thrown away from the job. So he might stop torchering
