What to do my husband is forcing me to spend my income

Hello Sir Recently i have been looking out for a flat to buy on my name. But my husband is not very supportive because though he is helping me out to search for the flats but at the end he concludes that it is a waste to buy a flat on loan ,its better we start building our own house on 1.5 cottas land owned by my widowed mother in law. .Now the issue is my husband are three brothers and only he is responsible to make the house beacuse 1st one is a daily labour with a wife and two children,2nd one is a private employee with a wife and no children and 3rd one is my husband ,I and our 2 yr old girl...I being a govt employee and my husband is a private employee. But the entire family depends on me financially every month since my mother i law does not draw any pension. Again my sister in law have a tendency to steal things and exploit resources despite knowing the financial status of our family.in such a case i cud have built the house but i am very sure that in future I we would have to
