What to do my aunt is harassing and abusing the family

Hello sir. My aunt(my uncle's wife) is continously harassing the whole family and my uncle. She is demanding my uncle's home. When uncle denied this she filed a fake police complaint against my uncle on the basis of sec 498... Police arrested him and he is out on bail now. She is continously abusing the whole family we are fed up with her please give some advice!.. We want her out of our house
