What to do if Wife is demanding divorce but i want to live with her

My wife want divorce From me she married me before 3 years and her demands about shopping tour hotel dinner always and I refuse her due to this reason she create another issue of slapping her she and her family depressed me I m in depression but I want to live with her... Please tell me what to do about this problem
Is she is asking for divorce and you want to live with your wife then just make a application to women commission or the court under section 9 of HMA 1956 and after issuance of the notice request authorities and the court to refer the matter to mediation.

If your wife does not want to join her matrimonial home than you can file petition under provisions of Hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights.apart from legal remeday try to convince her with help of your well wishers.

If you do not divorce her then you try to convince her about your pocket . Same time you also have to change your self bcose if not all some of the demands you have to accept. You also have to co operate her. Your ground is not suffice for divorce
