Dear Friend, Please note that a boy unless turned up to 21 yrs of age and a girl unless turned up to the age of 18 years they are not allowed to marry legally. Once the girl and the boy reaches that age there is no law to stop them from concluding their marriage. Apart, you held that you will author a contract that you will never demand or never divorce that girl! In this respect please note that in legal this emotional contract has no validity.

The only Law which recognizes the status of a boy to demand maintenance is The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. If the only problem is that there is a suspicion that the boy may make demand from the girl's family, then get married by registry under the provisions of The Special Marriage Act, 1954.
