What to do if parents are not agreeing for the marriage

Me and my partner just complete our age limits in next year and we both belongs to general and sc caste and i think her parents did not accept the marriage purposal. Kindly guve me the best way to marry her. And in such a way that police did not harm me and my family. What would i do
