Dear client u can file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act and ask wife to come back to matrimonial house. Also u can apply for your rights also.For any legal help call me

Hi, You can initiate a meeting of elders of the family ftom both sides & try and clear the misunderstandings. Alternatively contact a lawyer and a legal notice for restitution of conjugal right can be sent.
