Harassment was made by a husband deu to alcohol at night time they scold her wife and children continuously at late night they beaten children and wife what will she do tell me the clear note plz

Report about the abuse of your husband to the jurisdictional police station where you are residing. The police will call your husband for counselling and if even after the counselling and warnings, your husband continues to harass you and your children, the police will register FIR and will proceed against him. Apart from this, you can also visit the office of the protection officer of your area and report about the violence perpetrated by your husband. The protection officer after inquiry will prepare a report of domestic violence and forward the report to the concerned magistrate court where you can file petition under domestic violence act for various reliefs against your husband.
