What to do if husband and in-laws are abusive and always hit me

It's been 3 years of marriage and I have gone through enough of abuse from my husband and in-laws. 2yrs back i gave birth to my baby gal since then my problems have exceeded my in-laws have yet not contacted my parents or me after one month of child birth my husband brings his cousins to my home and they again abuse me my parents and ill faith my child. My parents are not gonna send me back to his mother's house with out them initiating a respectable move from there side to take me home. Recently also my husband abused me and my parents, now he doubts on my character so my parents. He demands me to sign on a sheet stating that I'm ready to give him divorce then he will file the application for divorce. Till today he has not done anything for me or my child not a rupee on my baby's welfare nor mine. I'm fed up I don't know what to do I have stoped talking to him or meeting him I can't take any more abuse. Please help

There you can maintain all the harassment faced by you from these persons. Apart from that you can also seek for maintenance from your husband.

try to rebound the strained relation ,
if not possible take a legal action on him and his entire family,..
be alert that once you take legal action, then it is difficult to rebound it, legal remedies are available,
it is difficult to write in mail,
