What to do if a boy gives false promises of marriage

My friend who is Hindu and married for 7 years now, has been made to trust, promised to give a better life by another Hindu married man, but now he says he is not interested, so she has got cheated.. can she lodge a complaint on him now??
What is cheating done upon her, if she was in relationship with him then it self amount to adultery as she was already married, but if that person cheated her by some other way physically etc. Then she can lodge a complaint

It is an offence of Adultry give me to have a relationship with another person when you are married on the other person is married in the case narrated by you both the woman and the man seem to be married separately and had an illicit relationship which is illegal in the eyes of law and cheating or breach of trust in such relationships is not guarded by law in fact The spouses of the people in question can take action
start divorce and criminal proceedings against them for which they can be jailed too. Thus your friend has no legal remedy if she is married and this man cheated her
