What to do ?? ( i want to save my family & life too) ..pls suggest...

I got married in 2012.From last 6 years,we are fighting on small small issue,which got solved with the time. but now from last one year she is giving me warning of false allegations like:- a) i will put case of domestic violence b) i will put case of rape & harassment c) i will leave home & commit suicide. d) Dowry case just because of my child(5 years) & reputation, i am not able take any step like divorce/separation..but now after hearing abt rape case ,my brain stops working...i am able to understand whats happening with me...what to do...pls suggest me the best way to do ?

hello sir, first of all relax your mind, and think about the solution of problem and try to resolve with your wife. you may take mediator as senior member's of your family or advocate. For more legal details and solutions contact on through app

Immediately file a complaint before the local police station giving exact details of how your wife is threatening you to file complaints against you and say that you are worried about your life as well as she can do anything dangerous. This is more of a precautionary measure and you do not need to act on this complaint and should be there for your record only. If you want to consider going for a divorce then there are ways to do that as well .

file divorce or judicial separation mentioning all facts alongwith custody of child then she wont be able to file rape case or complaint to cp regarding this on ground of cruelty u can file divorce petition
