What to do girlfriend parents harassing her

I (22years) and I love a girl (20years). We have 3.5yrs relationship. But her mother creating problem and she tries to get her marriage with other person with the help of an outsider in illegal way. Her problem is caste. father is a doctor but he also behaves like illiterate. Can we do marry each other without telling anyway? If is it possible, what is the procedure?
if you both are hindu, the process is very easy, by way of hindu marriage act, get married in a temple in front of your friends before the sacred fire, do complete 7 rounds which is known as saptapadi and then apply for registration next day, your marriage will be registered in 7 days time and then ask the girl to file a complain against her parents for torturing her if needed.
