What should I do in case of natural or unnatural death of my uncle?

My uncle leaves alone for 34 years and is unmarried. He used to run an unregistered chit fund and created 30 lacs of loan burden. Then he tried to commit suicide but failed and his landlord now thrown him out. We can't take his responsibilities. He is literally on road and people are harassing him for money. What should I do in case of his natural or unnatural death? We have our own house and can't take danger to hive him aslyam.
