What should I do if my husband tortures me mentally

I have affair with a man before marriage and after marriage also once I had. My husband get proof Dat I had affair before marriage and oral get from me Dat I had one time after marriage also.... Dat time he forgive me and had relationship and from Dat we had baby also... Now he is mentally tourcher me and not give d wife's right.... I lost my freedom and degnity. Plz help me
