What rights wife has if husband doesn't make her sign the service form

My husband is allowing me to sign the service form and is not making me nominee in the same .
how can it affect me and also can i legally force him for the same ?

If you are staying with your husband and legal married wife and their is no order of competent court regarding divorce then you are the nominee . No one can force you to sign on any papers. You submit application to his service authority declaring that you are his married wife if not respond then file case
