What remedies available against False Dowry case?

Good day sir, I am having triffles with my wife.She is continously making efforts to separate me from my family.I am afraid that my in-laws may file a dowry case or domestic violence case against my family in future. Till now they have not given me any threat but still i just want to be sure that i dont get trapped. After a heated discussion she has left my parental home and currently living with her parents. Presently i am not in country because of my job, however please advice which course to follow to avoid such issues in future.
Hi please tell me when did you get married and which place since when your wife has left and gone to parental house.do you have any kids.we can file a suit for restitution of conjugial rights.which will save your from many other cases.

Good noon, as you said you are out of country and your wife was living with your parent's & and after a heated discussion she left your parental home. the best way for you is ask her to come back and make arrangement for her stay somewhere else. And deposits some account in her bank account. Still she is not ready to come back file section 9 application unde hma to call her back as soon as possible.
