Dear Client,
Daughter in law cannot have right to demand the property share on the property earned and owned by in laws when they are alive. If they died intestate without disposing of the property, then she can claim share in the share of her deceased husband.

HI
Yes. Widowed daughter in law has rights to demand properties earned and owned by in laws as she is now a legal heir representing the deceased husband.
So she can ask for partition by virtue of being legal heir.

Madam,

No. The widow daughter-in-law does not have any right to demand property share in the property earned and owned by in-laws. The widow daughter-in-law only has rights over her deceased husband's self acquired property if the same exists as a legal heir and her deceased husband's share in his ancestral property if any.
