What is the process of adoption of child?

For adoption deed following documents are required to be submitted.u/taking of moveable & immoveable properties & loan taken, letter of close relative for taking care of the child in case of unforeseen circumstances, letter of recommendation from 2 persons.whether all these documents are to be given on affidavit or stamp paper if yes of what value

you need to prepare an adoption deed and get it registered from your concerned area DM. You are also required to obtain an undertaking from he present parents of the child regarding their No Objection and Consent and also publish the adoption notice in the newspaper.

Adoption is servance of Child from its biological parents to the adopted parents There are certain conditions which must exist before adopting a child age difference etc. It should be with free consent No Money SHOULD be paid It has to be registered document no plain paper or stamp paper is sufficient.
