What is the procedure to marry someone who is an NRI

How to get married with NRI?i don't have documents of previous marriage, because it was mutual marriage.
If NRI is a hindu then you can perform your marriage with hindu rites and ceremony and after that you can get it registered, but if that person is Christian or ftom some other religion then he can do it by conversion

You can a simple marriage like other people of your religion and get it registered as per law with the Registrar of marriage of the area.
