What is the procedure for court marriage.

Mai or meri g f shadi kerna chate hai bt us ke ghar wale raji nh hai to hum kya kere and ager hum rajesthan mai same day register marriage kerte hai to kya ye valid hai or us ke baad hum court se uder sec 482 sureksha ke liye cases kere to kr sakte hai kya or hum jeha shadi kerna chate hai vo place jhodhpur high court mai aata hai or hum 482 jaipur high court mai kerna chate hai

Hi ; if you fulfill the basic conditions for marriage than it is not necessary to take the consent of parents ;Viz both should be major -girl 18 yrs old and above and boy should be more than 21 yrs and above ; not under prohibited relationship ; mentally fit ; no living spouse or divorce decree in case of divorcee, free consent . Besides this if some FIR is launched against somebody than 482 is filed to challenge it.

the marriage can be done under the Arya Samaj. with regard to the protection under section 482 crpc, it would be important to clarify that nothing of that sort arises in jaipur and hence contesting a case in jaipur might be difficult. there has to be cause of action and most importantly where would you like to live after marriage, it depends on these series of circumstances. so far as asking for protection under section 482 is concerned, it will have to be filed in jodhpur
