My mother died on 2009 March. My father only living with us. We are 4 male and 2 female children. During this period our father fight with all brothers and sitting with one daughter. Now he asking jeevanamsam to us. The question is (a) Who will give jeevanamsam to him. Only male children or both male and female. (b) how much amount to be pay to him for a month (c ) If amount fixed then what kind of distribution of collection of amount from each child. According to the financial status or compulsory.
