If you both are hindu by religion, then under section 7(2) of Hindu Marriage Act both of you can get married in front of the sacred fire performing saptapadi and as the 7th step is taken marriage will be complete. Keep a photographer and close friends alongwith you and click picture with garlands and sindur and with friends and with picture of fire, you can even keep a video recording. Section 7(2) in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 Where such rites and ceremonies include the saptpadi (that is, the taking of seven steps by the bridegroom and the bride jointly before the sacred fire), the marriage becomes complete and binding when the seventh step is taken.

Now marriage is compulsorily needs to be registered under the Act, although you have done any saptapadi, rituals or customs under the hindu marriage, if any. But those has to be proved. Without disclosing your identity you cannot register your marriage.
