Hai.
Yes you have right over the property as per xtian succession act. Don't bother about ancestral or personal property. The properties tat posses ur husbands name or his share it urz n ur daughters. Also any liability over it also urs against the quantum inherited from him. But for conferring minors right u need to go before district court of ur jurisdiction. So its time for u to meet a lawyer preferably civil n family. Cost will vary from 10000 n upwards depending upon value if property too. About six month time.
Hope am uptp ur query

Indian Succession Act 1925 provides that the property of the intestate will be distributed equally among the children after deducting the 1/3 share of the widow. Court permission is required to sell the property if Minors

Dear Client,
It will be better to take a legal heir ship Certificate, you may contact the Village Office where the properties are situated. Regarding the sale of properties, since the minor is having rights in the property, you have to take permission by filing a G.O.P in the District Court of your area. After you get permission from the court you can sell the property on behalf of the minors, but you have to deposit the amounts as fixed by the court and furnish the deposit receipts in court and only after attaining majority of your kids they can withdraw the property. You can sell the property only for minors intrests viz education like that , you can sell the share of your property that too by earmarking by court , through filing a G.O.P.
