what is a procedure to make the husband to take the responsibility of wife and kid , and parents and improve his behavior by all means .

Ma'am If husband is not taking care of wife and children you can file an application under Protection of Women from domestic Violence for maintenance inter alia other reliefs. His parents can file application for maintenance under Protection of Senior Citizen's Act , which takes lessor time and can be filed in the collectors office in the area.

Please file appropriate proceedings in law enforcing agencies and resort to legal means. He is liable to pay for the wife and child. And if they are not improving file domestic violence, maintainance petitions. Kindly ask specific questions

You can file application in legal aid office for mediation. Then you can also file petition under Domestic Violence Act for relief as you want. Yoy can also file maintenance petition u/ s.125 of criminal procedure code
