What can be done if my husband beats and ill-treats me

My marriage was arranged.husband is having gambling drinking habits.I am habitual of beaten by him.his parents also supports him.my own family is poor mother is on bed so can't tell them.they are sending him UAE as I warned them to file complaint.I don't have money for maintenance Plz help
You can file a complaint in court under 125 CrPC for maintenance. Also a complaint under domestic violence can be filed. No partner has right to inflict abuse of any kind on partner as thats a cruelty and lot many cases under domestic violence act have been filed in courts and relief is also granted where court finds merits in complaint.

I can understand your problem. There are some incidents that happen in your life and those incidents are so strong that they change your DNA. Your husband has no right to beat you and torture you. You have a right to live your life with peace and with happiness. Legal options are always available for you. Please understand that marriage doesn't garuntee that you will be together forever. It takes trust, respect, friendship, faith and understanding to make it last. Moreover a relationship without trust is like a car without gas, you can stay in it as long as you want but it won't go anywhere. There is a bitterness in your relationship. If you want to take a legal action against your husband then you can immediately lodge a police complaint in the nearest police station in your area narrating all the facts of the problem you are facing.
