sons have no right in father's self acquired property during his lifetime. They can acquire right in his property only if father dies intestate. If he makes a testament(will), then property will be distributed according to his will. This legal position will not be changed on taking divorce or remain staying in marriage.

The rights of your children stand unobstructed in relation to their ancestral property when you take divorce from your husband, until an unless the rights are not forgone by them before the court of law as they both are major.

The rights of children in the property of their father remains unaffected after divorce. But the father is at liberty to make a will ousting them. If he dies intestate, i.e.without a will, they will have right to inherit the property along with other surviving legal heirs.
