what are the rights of a housewife if the husband mentally tortures

i am a hindu married for 5 years my husband doesnt give me any money no monetary help from inlaws staying with my husband at his mothers property he never tells me his income but pays for the maintenance and running for the house .he hardly provides us with any cash he mentally tortures me by saying if you have to stay in the house i have to cook for him doesnt have very cordial relationship with my parents no social life.i am earning for myself he only pays very basic expenses like school fees ,electricity etc.He is not bothered about my need and desires we never go out ,we never shop its my money that i use to buy things that i like.He says if you cant cook for me then i should not stay at his house he cant employ maid as he doesnt want to payextra .In all he feels a girl after marriage should only cook mind her language and not demand anything from husband she should fend for herself .Do i have any right or any law that covers this part of the marriage ?
