12-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a hindu married women. presently expecting a child. After marriage we were staying together with my IL. but Due to some conflits between me & my MIL we decided to stay separate from our in laws. So my husband told me to go to my parent until we rent a flat. He was not ready to stay separate but as my MIL insults him also he got separated. After separation also my MIL used to control my husband & he didn’t gave me any money. Due to this I went to one women counseling cell. They patch up bet us & he came back. Again He went back to his parents & didn’t contact me. One of his aunty who is concern about me used to tell me everything happening at their home & plans against me  I filed a complaint against him to PO counseller , where he refuses to take responsibility  During stay my husbad check my mobile & got some recording bet. me & that aunty He is pressuring me on basis of that recording that he will prove it as a mental cruelty & seek for a divorce.
