Son and mother co-owned a flat. After marriage son moved out of the house to the rented house due to constatnt conflict between mother,sister and wife. Wife is housewive and financially dependent on husband with a kid. Incase of any unseen emergency, how can the wife ensure her financial security.
Well, if the Wife want Security, either she should become Independent on her own by getting a Job somewhere, so that, from future earnings, she can buy a Home or she can ask her Husband to buy a flat for her; legally, ahe has the right to get Maintenance from her Husband for her and her children.
