What action be taken against wife for adultery

Hi, I am Mohan married with Roshni before 8 month ago (in April 20, 2016). I found my wife has sex with another man (Name: Dinesh, Age: 32, Status: Married) after marriage and they have talked on phones daily upto 1 hour to 15 min. This relationship is started after 15 days of our Marriage. I have solid proof of their call recordings of 15 min to 45min. I call record they talk about their sex and their relation. In between this I found another Man (Name: Ramesh, Age: 21, Status: Unmarried) this man is in relationship with my wife before and after marriage. Their relationship is started before 4 year ago. This is from their mobile call record. This man also talk about sex and relation with her 15 min per day. Now, I have solid proof only their call record and their talking about how they have sex with each other. And confess from my wife that they had sex and please give me advise and what action should I take?
immediately file an FIR with adultery charge over Dinesh u/s 497 of IPC referring your SOLID PROOF and file a divorce case against roshni taking this a ground for divorce which would also prevent you from maintenance of your wife.

As you stated your problem you can take action against that man who is involve with your wife and you ought to have file an FIR against that man for the offence under section 497 of the Indian Penal Code. and keep in your mind that it will be burden upon you to prove that your wife is living adultery and physical relations with that another man. Mere saying that your wife and another person is talking about sex is not sufficient. take the advice from local lawyer for proper legal drafting.
