Was in extra marital affairs and now getting blackmailed by the lady

My uncle had a extra marital affair and that lady laid the trap for my uncle's money. They went too intimate in this affair. My uncle is feeling guilty now and want to get out of this but the lady is unwilling and threatening him. What should we do?
Ask your uncle to be bold and stop this immediately no one can force other. However if she is blackmailing he can seek police help as well. It would be better if he could take his wife into confidence, seek her apology.
