Warning my wife legally to refrain from making false allegations

I am married for 35 years. My wife is very good but she has this kind of mental problem and she thinks that all the women in this world is behind me and I am flirting with all of them. I want to give her a lawyer's letter warning her to refrain from this or else face legal consequences. Is it possible?
