The main thing is d opinion of ur husband here , what did he thinks and what did he is going to do regarding ur relationship. If he is ready to stay and continue ur relationship then no one will throw you out of ur matrimonial home . And if ur husband thinking abt divorce from you , then you have to stay in your matrimonial home and to file a petition under the provisions of The Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act , 2005 against all the in laws including ur husband.

Dear Ma'am,
Are you living with your husband now or your parental house.
You can file application under section 12 read with section 17 and 23 of DV act. You have right to stay with your husband and also right to maintain by him.

If you don't want divorce then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in family court and can file an application under Domestic Violence Act against your sister in law and brother in law.

I have read ur question now u discus ur husband and asked him to what is his decision bcoz of he is ur husband other person means ur brother in law and sister in law have no right to interfair in u and ur husband life..... here All decisions take u and ur husband..... y ur both not leave sepretly then will not all above thing creat.....here all decision depend on ur husband not ur brother in law and sister in law.... thanks call any info...
