Wants to remarry without divorce from my child marriage

if parents done marriage of a boy at the age of 15-16 and both child never meet each other after marriage for 30-33 yers can a boy marry another girl without divorce as it is child marriage?

Yes,boy can marry another girl with out divorce as it is child marriage. Because child marriage privented by law and child marriage will not susten legal vailedity and liability over boy as child marriage.
