You both are adult Hindus and are thus free to marry anyone of your choice. This, if you two have decided to get married to each other, there is no impediment to do so. Having said that, you cannot compel the girl's parents to not let her marry anyone else except you. This is the girl's prerogative and she is free to marry without taking any approval from her parents.

You both are doing registered marriage first and after that file a simple application in sdm of that area where u live and said that you both are already married. For security you can file protection application in high court. Than court direction to your concern police station for give you protection.
