I m mentally tortured to the core by my parents.i m goin to turn 20 in 3 months. I can take all my responsibilities. Right now going to complete by 12 th. Wil be needing financial support by my parents.how do i legally get my self seprated.
As you are not a minor anymore, you can live independently and you can't be forced to live with your parents.
Apart from that you can file a petition under section 125 of Cr.P.C claiming maintenance from your parents stating that you are still pursuing your studies and are unable to maintain yourself.
