Wanted to know about court marriage

My sister recently got married through court marriage and it is an inter caste wedding against the acceptance of family. Now my question is that if my sister is at her home can the groom take legal support to get her at his home? Can he call the cops?

yes. provided both are of legal age of marriage. you can file for protection petition in concerned Highcourt of jurisdiction. and u can have the custody also. if u file the complaint in police make sure the girl agrees to come to groom house. police will enquire. go to sho concerned of jurisdictional area or u can file protection petition in district court also.
