Want to put petition against my mother behaviour

I did a love marriage against my mother decisions. I am very happy with my in laws and my husband but my mother wants me back. She is mentally torchering me and my husband. She is putting pressure on my husband to give me back to her. I don't want to leave with my mother. I do not want to stay with her. She always taunt me for my love marriage step. She beats me. Previously she did that. She ask my younger brother to misbehave with me and he also beats me. I want to leave with my husband.

If you are legally married then no one can stop you from living with him and you are fully entitled to live in your matrimonial home. And as far as your mother is concerned you can always write down all your grievances and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction just in case she does anything nasty. DV can also be levied upon her.

You have the right to file a petition seeking restraining orders against your mother and brother not to interfere in your personal life. Moreover you may get an FIR lodged against them for troubling you. For assistance you may consult me.
