i want to marry my masi’s daughter and she wants to marry me and as per hindu marriage act our marriage would be considered void as we do not have a tradition to marry cousins . please let me know how can we make it legal.
If u want to marry then there is a procedure to follow as per law that u can get a certificate of marriage by performing court marriage through the collectors /marriage registrar court . Then as per the law ur marriage solemnized will become legal. Contact me
