Want to marry father's sister's daughter

I am male.I love a girl who is my fathers sisters daughter but she becomes cousin to my mom...! So can i marry her from father side relation
You can't marry under the Hindu Marriage Act as you both fall within the prohibited degree of relationship under section 5(IV) of HMA and are sapinda of each other as per section 5(v) of HMA.
Unfortunately you both would fall under the prohibited degree of marriage even under the Special Marriage Act 1954.

Hope you are Hindu. Your father sister daughter not comes under prohibited relationship. If your parents are agree then you can proceed.But, This type of relationships/marriages are not advisable .
