I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and I'm here to guide you on the options you can consider to get help and pursue your education and independence.

1. Legal Protections: Since you are 21 years old, you are legally an adult and have the right to make your own decisions about your life, including education and living arrangements. You can seek legal protection under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which includes provisions for mental and emotional abuse by family members.

2. Filing a Complaint: You can file a complaint with the local police station or with a women’s helpline regarding the abuse and restrictions imposed by your father. Many police stations have dedicated women protection cells to help in such situations.

3. Seeking a Protection Order: You may be able to apply for a protection order that can prevent your father from restricting your movements, allowing you to leave the house and pursue your studies.

4. Counseling and Support Services: Consider reaching out to NGOs or organizations that support individuals in abusive family situations. They can provide shelter, counseling, and even educational support if needed.

5. Financial and Educational Aid: Look into scholarships, part-time work, or government schemes that can help you continue your education independently.

It would be helpful to have a consultation with a lawyer who can advise you specifically on your rights and assist you in taking steps towards gaining independence and continuing your studies without interference. Please don’t hesitate to ask for any more information or clarification.
