Want to know the legal way for leaving home without parents permission

Respected sir, I want to leave home on my own for further studies, because I am getting mentally tortured. I just want some court legal notice stating that I can leave home on my own as I am 23 yrs old. and also I don't want them anymore to intervene in my future and they are not legal to threat the people who is helping in this.

Yes you can get an order from the court , an injunction order not to interfere in your life and stop you from procuring your studies by going out on your own and definitely you will get the orders as you have the right to education and to move freely anywhere. So file a suit and take an interim order not to restrain you from leaving the house.
