Want clarification on the permanent address of my wife staying with me

hi, please tell what is considered permanent address of new wife?....her parents home address or address of her husband .Please note that her husband belong to Allahabad and lives in Bihar .Wife belongs to Patna and living with her husband in GAYA
Address is of two types. 1. Permanent Address and 2. At present Address or local Address. Local Address must be changed. So far as Permanent Address, it is advisable that the same should also be changed.
