Violation of child's rights (NCPCR)

I am a 17 years old girl and my father is not providing me basic things like education.He always says I am not his child but does nothing to get it sorted out legally and always harrases me and my mother.He beats us often due to his anger issue's.can I file any kind of complaint against him and if I can then what would it be.
You can file maintenance suit against your parent as Indian Constitution gives you right for eduction and finacial wellness, for this benefit you to shelter the court. It is the duty of parent to provide all necessity requirement for his/her child.
